PACE MAKER
Overview
Overview
A pacemaker is a device that sends small electrical impulses to the heart rate to maintain proper heart rate or to stimulate the lower chambers of the heart (ventricles). A pacemaker may be used to treat seizures (syncope), congestive heart failure and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
Arsh Super speciality medical centre is a place where all the precise, highly rated best lab equipment are used to give the human heart-related issues. Pacemakers implementation needs to be carried out with a very experienced Cardiologist and a good experiences and well trained medical staff. We deal with 2 types of pacemakers- Leadless Pacemaker – A self-contained device without connecting cables and generators
- Biventricular Pacemaker – also called cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT)
If the electrical circuit described above is interrupted for any reason, changes in heart rate and rhythm occur that requires a pacemaker. Pacemakers are used to treat Brady-arrhythmias, a slow heartbeat that can occur as a result of a disease in the cardiovascular system (such as SA node, AV node or His-Purkinje network). Pacemakers are also used to treat syncope (unexplained fainting spells), heart failure and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
